Souchirou Nagi and Bob Makihara are two delinquents that come to Toudou Academy with the goal of using their might to rule over the school. However, on their first day, they were confronted by the Jyuukenbu, the school's martial arts organization. Maya Natsume, her sister Aya, and Masataka Takayanagi, members of the gang, easily defeated Souchirou and Bob. Furthermore, the two were attacked by members of the Enforcement Group, which controls the school's martial arts clubs, owing to what was considered to be their "connections" with the Jyuukenbu. Souchirou and Bob are dragged into the personal feuds between the Jyuukenbu and the Enforcement Organization, and they have no option but to join Maya Natsume's group and develop their talents in order to become even more powerful.
