Despite being scarred by seeing his parents' death by one of the Choushuu, Ichimura Tetsunosuke's need for vengeance drives him to seek power. Tetsunosuke contacted the Shinsengumi when he was 15 years old, desiring to become a member. Tetsunosuke, on the other hand, lacked the expertise, intelligence, and determination to strike down anyone who threatened peace and the Shinsengumi. Even with the support of his brother Tatsunosuke and his newfound Shinsengumi buddies, Tetsunosuke had no idea how much blood and anguish he would have to endure as a member of this legendary group.
