The realm of psychology is nothing out of the ordinary for Dr. Ichirou Irabu, a resident psychiatrist at Irabu General Hospital. He and his attractive nurse Mayumi go through a number of patients, each of whom is suffering from a mental disorder that is interfering with their daily lives. Patients should be aware of the charming Mayumi, who has enchanted them with her seductive features and devilishly short pink nurse costume. The doctor, on the other hand, appears to have three distinct personalities: a youngster in an enormous lab coat; an intellectual, youthful man with feminine characteristics; and a greedy, extroverted green bear. Dr. Irabu frequently attempts to get something from his patients outside of his profession while healing them in dubious ways—and in doing so, he occasionally forgets his responsibilities as a doctor.
