Having a buddy who knows you inside and out should be beneficial, but in Nishikata's situation, the reverse is true. Takagi, his classmate, teases him on a daily basis and utilizes her deep understanding of his behavior to predict exactly how he would react to her mocking, making it virtually hard for Nishikata to ever launch a good return. Regardless, Nishikata pledges to one day give Takagi a taste of her own medicine by making her blush from humiliation as a result of his mocking.
