The freshly developed Bayside City serves as Japan's leading international port in 2100. Takako, a former policewoman, establishes the Angel Arms Company to aid in the fight against terrorism by providing armed security suits. When the mayor is slain, the Angel Arms ladies wind up guarding the wicked crime-lord Hassan in the hopes that his intelligence would aid in the downfall of a worldwide terror network. Takako's back is against the wall as a gang of criminals plots to assassinate Hassan, and the organization's commander is revealed to be Angel Arms' own Alisa's old boyfriend.
