After strange injuries occurred to students who refused to move, Hakuo Gakuin is on the verge of going down owing to students transferring to rival school Seishikan. To defend the school and its pupils, they recruit Kojiro, a ninja from the Fuma clan. Kojiro enlists the support of his fellow Fuma ninjas after learning that Seishikan has engaged the help of the Yasha ninja clan, who have been competitors with the Fuma for years. Despite being contracted to defend the schools, the two competing clans pledge to annihilate each other once and for all, leaving just one clan.
