Earth is finally at peace, but it is only for a brief time. The remains of Frieza's army, lead by Sorbet and his right hand Tagoma, come on Earth with the intention of summoning Shen Long and reviving their former master. To do this, they threaten Emperor Pilaf, Shuu, and Mai for the Dragon Balls they hold. Frieza, who had been kindling his anger towards Gokuu Son and Future Trunks in Hell, declares that he will not be satisfied until they are killed by his hand. Sorbet informs him that Future Trunks hasn't been heard from in years, and Gokuu's might has far beyond even the fearsome Majin Buu. Frieza, unfazed, says that he just needs a few months of instruction.
