Gohan Son and Piccolo are playing pleasantly until they see a massive creature approaching Earth. Everyone eventually realizes that this thing is, in reality, a tiny planet on a collision path with Earth. Gokuu Son and Kuririn use a Kamehameha to try to modify the course of the little planet, but the assault fails and the two warriors are blasted away. However, when it approaches the Earth's surface, the object alters course on its own and explodes. The little planet turns out to be a transport carrying what appears to be a palace. A vast army emerges from the structure, declaring that the planet is now in the ownership of Slug, the universe's monarch. During the city's defense against the invaders' attack, Gohan loses his Dragon Ball, allowing Slug to take it.
