When Sakura Mizukami arrives to the Kazama family to beg for a favor, Kenji Kazama and his sister Noe are forced to compete in a footrace at the local temple. In order to obtain the prize—spring water that only comes once a year—Sakura enlisted the help of the Kazama siblings. When Sakura's clubmates, Chitose Karasuyama and Roka Shibasaki, join the race, the girls' competitive fire is unleashed, and the race quickly turns into an all-out struggle with no clear winner. Furthermore, Noe, tired of Sakura's relentless mocking, has little interest in assisting her in winning, and the struggle rages not only on the field, but also among the split team members.
