As New Year's Eve approaches, plans for a holiday celebration in Petersburg are in the works. In preparation for the occasion, Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing plans to accompany Sanya V. Litvyak for a leisurely stroll around the city. Despite her best efforts, Eila is often stopped when she has a chance to ask Sanya out, destroying the moment and separating the ladies. To make matters worse, a Neuroi is nearing the base, endangering both the squadmates and the Petersburg celebration.
