Alice Hayashi wins a sweepstakes to go to the moon in the year 2000. However, everything goes horribly wrong as her shuttle takes off, and the next thing she knows, she's landed someplace in a cold tundra. Strange troops strike her before she can gather her bearings, forcing her to run. Alice eventually encounters a young guy named Yuan, who informs her that she is in the year 2030 in Lapland. The men following her are soldiers loyal to Nero, a mysterious master who rules the planet via a supercomputer. He is also responsible for a population reduction of nearly seven billion people on the planet. Alice, Yuan, and the robotic maid Maria travel to Kingdom, convinced that Nero is to blame for her time travel.
