The gag manga describes the daily existence of the demon Memumemu-chan, who one day appears in front of Hyouta, a high school student. She's come to seduce men and steal their souls, but she lacks the motivation and capacity to complete her mission. The plot revolves around Memumemu, Hyouta (who is frequently mistaken for a lolicon because of Memumemu), and the very gorgeous mother-daughter duo who administers Hyouta's apartment.
